At 56 years old, I know first-hand how hard it can be to get started on your fitness journey. I didn’t always care about fitness — my journey began with a simple goal: to feel better. Over time, that evolved into a passion for health, strength, and longevity.
Now, as a Level 3 qualified personal trainer, I help others, particularly those over 40, achieve the same results through science-backed workouts that are proven to be effective and sustainable.
My approach is rooted in compassion, accountability, and no BS — I’ll be your guide, offering the support and encouragement you need to build strength, energy, and confidence for the long haul.

Single Session

£20 per session

Perfect for those who want to try out coaching or need occasional support. Each session is personalized to your goals and can be scheduled at your convenience.

10-Session Package

£175 (save £25!)

For clients who are ready to commit to regular fitness coaching. With this package, you get a discount and a more consistent approach to reaching your fitness goals.
