I offer flexible personal training for people over 40 — whether you want to train at home, in your local gym, or follow a custom workout plan on your own with regular check-ins. Every session and plan is tailored to your goals, fitness level, and lifestyle.

I bring any equipment needed for home personal training, and if you prefer the gym, I can train with you there using a guest or trainer pass. For those who want more independence, I can build a personalised training plan that combines science-backed strength and cardiovascular workouts — with the option for regular progress reviews to keep you on track.
